Custodian for ATM Network Uptime for the designated region

Daily follow ups with MS vendors, CRA, OEMS, etc.

Liaison with internal stake holders like Marketing team, Supply chain team, finance team, Projects

Driving FLM/ SLM closure for down calls.

Daily reports making, analytics and problem finding. Identification and resolution of long pending issues. Implementing permanent fixes for prolonged issues. Identification and RCA on chargeable & part replacement calls. Identification on non- adherence of SLA by vendors and actions on it.

Key objective would be to sustain maximum system availability for the customer with least zero transacting systems.

Driving Process & Quality improvement programs for ATM operations.

Ensuring periodic maintenance activities are performed in time.

Identifying opportunities to drive continual improvement by measuring key process performance indicators
