Airport operations: Managing ramp responsibilities, security checks, and passenger travel activities

Customer service: Answering questions, providing directions, and helping passengers with special needs

Regulatory compliance: Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Ground staff work in shifts and play an important role in the daily operations of an airport or airline. They should have excellent communication skills and a good command of the English language.
