• Analyze BRD and translate it into functional / technical specifications (Functional specification and Architecture design (FSD)).

• Perform system architecture Design and documentation of business Processes and perform IT application Deployments.

• Monitor vendor developments and deliveries as per signed off FSD.

• Preparation/Documentation and lead support of SIT, Regression, Performance tuning and integrations - Strategy, Scenarios and cases.

• Participate in UAT, Business user Trainings, Implementations, Pilot and Production movement of Application.

• Analyze System issues, participate in Root Cause Analysis and Coordinate with vendor on Issues Resolution.

• Coordination with Business Stake holder and IT support for Change Management, Knowledge Management, Incident/Problems Testing/verifications and Production movements.
