Its is one of the Leading Shipping Companies which is involved in handling manpower requirements on Cargo & Tanker vessels. It has branch offices in New Delhi, Chandigarh, Chennai & Kochi.

Required following Shore Staff in Fleet Personnel Dept:

1) Personnel/Administration Executive 3 No. Positions

Responsibilities:

1) Screening Applications of Seafarers to confirm validity of Documents/Certificates, Service Records, Personal Details etc

2) Preparation of joining Documentation, Visa Applications, Flag State Licensing Documentation, Third party correspondence etc.

3) Maintaining Statistical Data for Seafarers (Crew lists, Leave status, Crew movements, Crew Data, Accident and Incident Information, etc.).

4) Co-ordination of arrangements with Institutes, Hotels etc. for Officers/Ratings when required.

5) Arranging dispatch of Documentation, Crew Welfare Items, etc. to Clients and Ships.

6) Any other duties that may be required by the Senior Management.

7) Authorised to Undertake tasks and co-ordinate activities commensurate with the responsibilities outlined in the Companys Quality Management System.

8) Currently handling the Training & Courses for Qatar Fleet.
