1. Generating loads for PTL & FTL Vehicle for owned fleet.

2. Good contacts of vendors to generate loads for Vehicle on daily basis.

3. Driver Management.

4. Preparing MIS of Trips Sheet, Driver expenses, Route Mapping,

5. Optimizing Route Costs and Cost Reduction on Fleet.

6. All Operational activities pertaining to fleet.

7. Tracking/ Arranging Loads/ Follow up for timely loading/ unloading.
