Responsible to manage fleet.

Hiring Drivers to ensure consistent supply of cars 24*7.

Handling Grievance issue of customer related to trip cancellation etc by driver.

Ensuring all vehicles are on road during the peak hours.

Helping drivers to get maximum earnings within the time he is on road through data analysis.

Sharing reports daily, weekly, monthly with the manager to ensure targets are met.

Rostering of team and drivers for effective management.

Helping fleet manager to create SOP for issues faced by the team.

Training assistant fleet co Ordinator .

Keep a track of vehicle maintenance to make sure 100% utilization of the vehicle daily.

Handling accidental issues creating of TAD police report for smooth insurance claim and reduce TAT for cars to get back on road.

Kms tracking of vehicles to ensure all vehicles are fit and safe to be driven on road.

Creating and sharing weekly action plan for fleet and assistant to improve performance and helping them grow.

Provide consistent and constructive feedback to team to perform better.

Help built new process and ensuring smooth implementation.
