Position :- AGM-Fleet/Fleet Head

Location:- Nagpur

Experience :- 15-20 Years

Salary:- 12 Lakhs to Rs. 20 Lakhs

Reporting to :- President

Key Job Responsibilities:

1. Candidate having good knowledge and experience for handling more than 200 Fleets

2. Understand and analyse past trends and prepare plans to ensure no business risks / business impact

3. Standardize the cost lane-wise vehicle-wise in terms of driver salary or any other additional route cost

4. Ensure no impact on business due to vehicle maintenance issue or lack of driver availability

5. Create robust process to optimize the usage of fleet, ensuring no idle time recorded; in coordination with fleet coordinators

6. Ensure that the fleet covers minimum average time on- road, decided by management

7. Create processes/policies for driver safety, health and wellness in coordination with IMS & HR team and create awareness programs for the same
