This role associates with our Customers, Customer Experience team, Operations Fleet supervisor, Operations Manager, Operations Head to run an end-to-end data driven operations agenda with direct impact on business results.
The role is responsible for maintaining bike quality and serving them to customers. This role requires utmost dedication to serve each and every customer with ownership.
What will you do?
• Serving bikes to customers (Pick-up)
• Receiving bikes from customers (Drop-off)
• Maintaining quality of bikes by taking the vehicle to service centre or local mechanic
• Attend vehicle breakdowns, reach out to customers in crisis and help them
• Maintain log of all bookings served
• Maintain log of all bikes, their odometer readings, documents • Attend customer enquiry calls for your location
• Clean and maintain the bikes properly. What you need to have
• Passion to serve customers
• Love riding bikes (Driving License mandatory)
• Ability to start a discussion with customers of different languages, cultures and backgrounds
• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to coordinate with the team and get work done
• Commitment to complete assigned work on a daily basis
