Job Description:

Equity & Fixed Income

• Maintain master information of financial instruments issued globally.

• Research offer documents, corporate disclosures and annual reports.

• Process Equity Corporate Actions . Dividend, Bonus, Takeover, Merger.

• Manage Fixed Income Reference Data . Issue details, Interest terms, Call Schedule, Benchmark

• Process Fixed Income Corporate Actions . Interest, Redemption.

Basic Qualification:

Graduate or Post graduate with Commerce or Finance background.

Should ideally have , BBI, BAF, BFM, BMS, , MMS/MBA degrees

Job Requirement:

• Well versed in English

• Basic computer knowledge

• Work in shifts (no night shifts)

• Capital Market knowhow is useful

• Flexible and adaptable to work demands

• Relevant experience an added advantage
