Job Description

Fire Watch Tower In Charge required to Extend support to immediate Superior for maintaining smooth and efficient ARFF operation.

To take prompt and swift actions to mobilize ARFF resources during Aircraft Accident/ Incident, structural fires, other fires and incidents related to public health at Airport in accordance with Aerodrome Emergency Plan, Standard Operating Procedures and coordinate with Air Traffic Control, Incident Commander, Command Post and Airport Operations Control Centre for effective incident management.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

10+2 with Basic Training in Airport Rescue and Firefighting, and be fluent in English as the lecturers, operational commands and communication through VHF R/T and TMRS are given in English.

Graduation or equivalent (Desirable).

Basic Aviation Firefighting Training and Medical First Aid.

Fire Officer/ Junior Fire Officer training. (Desirable)

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

Min. 8 years of relevant experience in Aviation Fire / Industrial Fire Services out of which 5 years should be in supervisory grade.

Should possess good communication skills to carry out Radio Telephony communication.
