Its a inbound/outbound sales process (US voice Process). Process executives attend calls and explain the product details and sale the product to the customer .
Provide splendid product details to customers in a friendly and courteous manner at all times.
Have sufficient knowledge about the products and services and respond to all inquiries accordingly
Minimum Qualification Criteria:-
1. Undergraduate / Graduate /12th or Intermediate
2. Fresher are also eligible.
3. Candidate should have very good communication skills
4. Prior calling experience. ( Preferably International Calls)
