The Technician’s main duties include:

• Installing, testing and inspecting fire alarm systems

• Investigating and responding to alarms

• Repairing and replacing system components

• Providing maintenance and corrective services

• Programing, calibrating and adjusting systems

• Documenting work and completing reports

• Keeping up to date with industry standards and regulations

• Ensuring compliance with all safety protocols

• Maintaining a clean and organized workplace

• Providing exceptional customer service.

Fire Alarm Technician Duties

• Install, maintain and repair fire alarms systems

• Carry out regular checks on fire alarm systems

• Test fire alarm systems and components

• Respond to emergency call-outs and repair faults

• Ensure fire alarm systems are compliant with current regulations

• Provide technical support to customers
