Packaging supervisors should also demonstrate leadership, observation skills, training skills, communication, and time management. They may need to work flexible hours or shifts to meet production demands or deadlines and efficient on the assigned Tasks as per business requirement. Prefer candidate from Textile Export Industry and managed the appareals (Suit, Salwar, Dupatta) quality checks before dispatched.

Must have:

Inspects products prior to packaging and returns rejected products/Articles of Female appareals(Suit, Salwar, Dupatta) to production or relevant departments

Observes packaging operations and inspects containers to verify conformance to specifications

Manpower utilization and training to the jurinor for best out come

Coordinate with other department for pro active approach to adhere the dispatched /delivery TAT

Strong skills to work under pressure and deliver the tasks as expected

Adhere the SOPs to manage and match the artical with sample for further process

Proactive approach for pending articles or products to dispatch

Sync with Cutting and Stitching Department for the pending articles to complete within TAT

Must have embroidery knowledge
