Job Title: Finishing Site Supervisor

Reports To: Project Manager/Site Manager

Job Summary:

The Finishing Site Supervisor will oversee and coordinate all finishing activities

at the project site to ensure high-quality workmanship, adherence to timelines,

and compliance with safety and project specifications. This role involves

managing finishing works such as painting, plastering, tiling, flooring,

carpentry, and other interior and exterior finishing activities.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Education:

@ Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or

a related field (preferred)

@ Certification in construction management is an advantage

2. Experience:

@ 5+ years of experience in managing finishing activities in

residential or commercial projects.

@ Proven track record in handling interior and exterior finishing

works.

3. Technical Skills:

@ Knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and tools.

@ Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and

engineering drawings.

@ Familiarity with quality control standards and snagging procedures.

4. Soft Skills:

@ Strong leadership and communication skills.

@ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

@ Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

5. Other Requirements:

@ Willingness to work on-site and flexible working hours.
