Main Responsibilities
· Delivering FinIQ Application support to existing business users, investigating
and resolving application errors, data discrepancies, and queries.
· Receive requests for support from the business. Prioritize requests in
accordance with agreed criteria.
· Provide correct responses to requests for support: making modifications to
system parameters, developing workarounds or specific enhancements,
reconfiguring systems, changing operating procedures, training users, produce
additional documentation or escalating requests or issues to software vendors.
· Working with vendor or development team to support any system
development initiative for service improvements
·To plan and manage new user requirements, implementation of releases
and enhancements.
· Maintain support capability that ensures Treasury systems performance and
availability meets the agreed Service Level Agreement with the Business.
Competencies
· Experience of recording and solving FinIQ application issues
· Experience in Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008/2008R2/2012
· Experience in IBM MQ, SFTP and Batch scripting
· Knowledge of UNIX and Oracle is a plus
· IT Change Management
· Project Management
· Operating infrastructure (hardware, databases, operating systems, local
area networks)
· Banking products and/or Banking operations knowledge
· Possess good verbal and written communication skills
· Must have strong organizational skills
· Candidate with a maximum of 4 weeks of notice will be preferred
