Required Candidate Profile:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term
relationships with clients.
Candidate should have a network of existing clients and corporates with a strong relationship.
Detailed understanding and knowledge of the Mutual Fund Industry, Capital Market, and its
growth and profitability drivers.
Certification in NISM and CFP is an added advantage.
The candidate will be responsible to generate a lead and take it to closure by working along
with the Operation and Sales backend team.
Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of clients.
Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to manage several jobs at one time.
Willingness to dwell in Start-up Culture.
Should have a laptop for work.
Roles and responsibilities:
1. Existing Client Relationship Management
- Managing the existing clients of Ingenetus which includes any service-related, operational or
sales-driven requests.
- Driving New Business from our existing clients for various financial services
- Financial technical analysis of various financial options available like, Mutual Funds, Loans,
Insurance, etc.
2. New Client Acquisition
- Responsible for generating leads and conversion through either or all of the following
channels
i) Cold Calls
ii) Conducting Financial Awareness Programs
iii) Referential Calling
Other responsibilities:
- Meeting the clients and doing the initial screening
- Sales Conversion
- Managing various MIS
- Onboarding prospects from the candidate's existing network
- Utilizing Corporate networks to hold Financial Awareness Programs
- Presenting achievement through performance reviews
