Position: Finance Officer / Chief Accountant

Qualifications and Experience:

MBA in finance or or 3 years of experience as a Senior Accountant

Mature enough to help oversee 2 other accountants

Experienced in budgeting and auditing for NGOs

Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software like Tally

Knowledge of FCRA funds and familiarity with FCRA rules and regulations

Experience working with teams

Excellent writing and communication skills in English, Hindi, and Oriya

Ability to communicate and present financial reports to the Management

Ensure proper maintenance of bills and vouchers at the projects/ Dream Center

Salary: Negotiable
