Responsible for spearheading the accounting and Finance process.

 Manage financial controls and accounting procedures.

 Prepare financial statements, business activity reports, and financial forecasts.

 Create review frameworks for monitoring and tracking the key financial and business metrics viz-a-viz the

plan and highlight the key risks in the business performance.

 Ensure full transparency over the financial performance of the company.

 Oversee the organization’s investments.

 Provide advice on how to increase revenue and reduce costs.

 Identify new metrics to drive business performance related to strategic priorities while minimizing risk.

 Execute accurate reporting, analyze options and make financial recommendations.

 Provide insight into business performance against competitors and industry trends.

 Manage relationships with bankers, auditors, and tax authorities.

 Comply with local financial requirements by studying existing and new legislation, and maintaining

compliance.

 Streamline the process and deploy new processes.

 Focus on all daily and month-end accounting and financial procedures for the account results, including

P&L activity balance sheet activity, accounts receivable, payroll processing, GST Filing, Tax filing, and

Bank reconciliation, vendor bills scrutiny
