Roles & Responsibilities :-
Support Organizations UK project teams in providing services relating to financial reporting valuation. Assist in the valuation of intangible assets, Purchase Price allocation, Impairment valuation, ESOP valuation and other financial reporting valuations.
Create/assist in creating financial models, analyzing financial statements, conducting industry research, and writing reports.
Deliver high-quality valuation work products and assist other team members
Interact with internal clients and communicate with managers/Director/Partners/stakeholders in the United Kingdom.
Assist internal clients on client development and practice development assignments.
Supervise work of junior staff to ensure high quality of work products.
May need to travel and work on other engagements, when required.
Skills Required :-
MBA/CA/CFA/ACCA with working experience with the supporting UK valuation team .
Understanding and exposure to accounting and financial statements analysis.
Good understanding of corporate finance principles, corporate transactions, valuation technique
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power point.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Team player: self-driven and ability to work independently
