Responsibility -

i. Oversee the Entire Finance Department

ii. Execute all Policies and Procedures Along with the Management Pertaining to Finance, Accounting and Compliance.

iii. Oversee and Execute the Sap Implementation that is Decided By the Management.

iv. Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Consolidation, Reconciliation and Reporting to the Management.

v. Ensure Current Reporting and Facilitate all Auditing Functions.

vi. Preparation and Control of Fund Flow and Reporting to the Management.

vii. Verification of Stock Report Before Submission to Bank.

viii. Verification of the Quarterly Ffr 1 and Ffr 2 Report Before Submission to Bank.

ix. Periodic Site Visits to Ensure all Procedures are Followed.

x. Finalize the Salary Jv and Payroll with Hr

xi. Approval of all Debit Notes and Credit Notes

xii. Sales Commission Processing

xiii. Refund Processing

xiv. Facilitate Monthly Stock Verification
