6. overseeing Budgeting & the Implementation of Budget So as to Monitor Progress & Present Financial Metrics Both Internally & Externally.

7. asses Organizational Performance Against Both Annual Budget & Long Term Strategies.

8. Develop Tools & Systems to Provide Critical Financial & Operational Information to Md/ceo & Make Actionable Recommendation On Both Strategy & Operation.

9. financial Planning & Control, Project Finance, Working Capital Management, Manage Cash Flow & Forecasting. Develop Reliable Cash Flow Projection Process & Reporting Mechanism that Includes Minimum Cash Threshold to Meet Operations Need. Optimize the Handling of Banking Relationship & Initiate Appropriate Strategies to Enhance Cash Position.

10. finalization of Audit, Financial Reporting, Balance Sheet.

11. liasoning & Negotiation with Bank to Ensure Proper Banking Support to Run Business Smoothly.

12. evaluating & Assisting Management with Their Financial Plan, Economic Modelling & Study Various Project for Feasibility Time to Time.

13. to Ensure Presentation of Financial Position & other Profiles of Company in Systematic & Professional Manner So Get Additional Benefits to Company & Help to Maintain Existing Benefits.

14. helping Management to Frame Procedures to Ensure Adequate Internal Control in Place.
