Job Description

Data compiling & preparation of accounting of Company all units.(on daily basis).

Preparation of data for income tax & other tax department.

Dealing with auditors for statutory audit of corporate office.

Preparation of monthly bank stock statement of Company

Preparation with coordination of unit heads for TDS & service tax deposit & filling of return.

Checking & controlling of all financial activities of whole group companies.

To collect & compile all information from different units, depots & companies.

Preparation of provisional monthly balance sheet on every 20th of last month.

Coordination & compilation of data as per forest department.

Preparation of all type MIS such as purchase, sales & cop.

Debaters & creditors monitoring and reporting on same.

Candidate should have good administrative quality and ready to take task & challenge, he have to look account operation of multistate, multilocation 15 units
