Finance :-

Heading finance functions involving determining financial objectives, designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial controls; formulating need-based business strategies for maximizing profitability & revenue generation & realizing organizational goals.

Responsible for statutory compliances related to Income Tax, Profession Tax, PF, FCRA, GST and other applicable laws and statutes.

Extensive knowledge about the GST Law, Services, Filing, Case study & audit.

Developing & Implementing key financial parameters & metrics to enhance correct financial information available for management.

Formulating budgets and conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected figures & actual expenditure and implementing corrective actions

The firm also gets a sanction of subsidy of Rs.10 crore from the Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MPFPI), Govt. of India, under the scheme for integrated cold chain and value addition infrastructure. The plant is commissioned commence its full-fledged production from November 2021, with a capacity of 80MT of daily production and achieved an export sales turnover of Rs. 161Cr as of March 2022.
