POSITION AVAILABLE: Finance Executive / Analyst - Mumbai

Key Role:

To provide financial support to the organization and Manage the complete process of Shopper Payments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complete process of shopper/ Freelancer payments.

Interaction with Evaluators, global offices

Data Entries in tally (ERP 9).

Manage daily emails of Shoppers / Freelancer

Interact with Global offices for payment queries

Work on internal Global Operating systems

Manage invoices and payments to External Editors, Schedulers, etc.

Sending hard/soft copies of invoices to the Client.

Create and maintain appropriate files for the record.

Other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

Associated Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:

Preferred at least 2-5 years’ work experience.

Good communication skills. Knowledge of MS Office & Tally

Competency Skills:

Demonstrated advanced proficiency with MS Office applications, Tally ERP.

Ability to work independently and to schedule time and resources effectively.

Ability to foster a team spirit; positive attitude towards work, co-workers, and management.

CTC offered – Min Lacs – Max Lacs. .
