Job Description

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to maintain our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. One who is graduate/postgraduate, who can take care of complete bookkeeping, Day to day accounts, payments, Invoices & coordinate with the auditor.

Responsibilities:

- Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process.

- Managing receivables and payable.

- Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct daybook, supplier’s ledger, customer and general ledger, and bank statements.

- Software entries and uploading; maintain records and lunch reports and financial statements.

- Process accounts receivable/payable and handles payroll in a timely manner.

- Accounts Executive’s duties include working closely with our accounting auditor team on day to day basis. Process accounts payable, receivable, manage invoices, tax payments, payment follow-ups, Payment due follow-up, daily sales records, daily expenses, Vendor invoices cross-checking, vendor invoice matching with contract rates, ESIC, PF, TDS, GST and maintaining records as per auditor.

Required Experience & Skills:

- A smart, intelligent person with the ability to take ownership of assigned tasks

- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets, Microsoft Word, and proprietary software like Tally.

- Proven bookkeeping experience.

- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable.

- Hands-on experience in accounting processes and procedures

- Focused and attention to detail

- Organized and ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive, goal-oriented environment

- Ability to devise solutions to problems even in emergency situations

- Should be a team player and be able to work with teams at all levels in the organization

- Proficiency in speaking and understanding English and Hindi.

- Good at drafting an email.

- Deadline-Oriented and Time Management
