o Strong Accounting Experience to process approx 150 invoices and 150 expenses

o Quick Books is the accounting software used both in US and India

o TDS, Softex, GST, Transfer pricing, Exchange rate, software export compliances familiarity

o Payroll calculation for India, US as per employment agreement from HR, Validation

o SOWs, POS, MSAs, Vendor Agreements familiarity

o Operational Cost Control - Track and Control Budget vs Actual by expense heads

o MIS Reporting - Revenue Leakage, Accrual, Planning based on Sales and Revenue Forecast

o Profitability calculation at Company Level, Partner Level, Customer Level and Project Level

o Incentive calculation based on quarterly growth and EBITDA accomplished against incentive plan for sales people
