Position Summary:

Reliance Capital is seeking a dedicated and experienced Financial Advisor to join our team in Lucknow. The Financial Advisor will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial guidance and advisory services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial products, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong commitment to helping clients achieve their financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:---

Client Relationship Management:-

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals and needs.

Provide personalized financial advice and solutions to help clients achieve their objectives.

Financial Planning:-

Conduct in-depth financial assessments and develop tailored financial plans for clients.

Analyze clients' financial situations, including income, expenses, and investments, to recommend appropriate strategies.

Product Knowledge:-

Stay up-to-date with the latest financial products, market trends, and investment opportunities.

Educate clients about various financial instruments, including insurance, mutual funds, and fixed-income investments.

Risk Analysis:-

Evaluate clients' risk tolerance and recommend investment options that align with their risk profile.

Continuously monitor and review client portfolios to ensure they remain aligned with their goals and risk preferences.

Compliance:-

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all client interactions.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of client transactions and communications.

Sales and Business Development:-

Identify opportunities to expand the client base and generate new business.

Cross-sell financial products and services to meet clients' evolving needs.
