Job Description
Prepares, Improves & Evaluates loan applications and documentation or agreements by informing applicant
of additional requirements (if any), confirming credit worthiness by Obtaining and verifying financial
information, such as the applicants credit rating and income level and answer questions.
Determine customers' financial services needs, explore all options and introduce different types of loans and
prepare proposals to sell services that address these needs.
Must be able to guide customers through the application process & Go the extra mile to build trust
relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction throughout the process.
Evaluates loan applications and documentation by confirming credit worthiness by Obtaining and verifying
financial information, such as the applicants credit rating and income level.
Able to handle various loan products and implement strategies towards enhancing market penetration,
business volumes and growth.
Communicate with clients either to request or to provide information. Justify decisions (approvals/rejections)
and report on them.
Review loan agreements to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to policy.
Compute payment schedules.
Submit applications to credit analysts for verification and recommendation.
Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants' credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other
financial information.
Review and update credit and loan files.
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
To ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
Job Knowledge- The candidate would need to handle Sales for products like Unsecured BL/PL.
Familiarity with computers and banking applications/software.
Need to have decent written and oral communication skills.
Must be a Self-starter and problem solver.
Target oriented person with good convincing power.
