Job Description

• Responsible for maintaining the day to day accounting / bookkeeping of the clients;

• Responsible for day to day transactions related to AR, AP and employee reimbursements;

• Managing daily banking transactions & periodic bank reconciliations;

• Managing vendor, customer, payment gateway reconciliations;

• Responsible for maintaining fixed asset register & related accounting;

• Periodic closure of books of accounts and related reporting;

• Timely statutory tax payments and submission of TDS & GST Returns;

• Preparation / review of complete statutory financial statements and ensuring timely

completion of statutory & tax audit in coordination with client and statutory auditors

• Maintaining all the client documents;
