You will provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks. You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company’s finances.
What we expect from you - Roles and Responsibilities
Support Weekly/Monthly Payroll processes and off cycles
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports including calculating, recording, inputting or processing financial data.
Ensure and Strive to achieve best Accounts payable and Account Receivables function - processing of invoices, cash flow management practices, reconciliation of supplier statements and payments to vendors.
Assist in the preparation of periodic payment time reporting.
Researching and investigating discrepancies in invoices to determine the accuracy of charges and Assist the team to provide accurate and timely reporting on the financial activity of business projects.
What you bring - Skills
5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance or Data Entry
Any Undergraduate degree or Higher Diploma in Business Accounting or Finance
Knowledge of BAS (Australian Taxation), XERO (Accounting Software) would be an advantage.
High Accuracy to detail, Number oriented, and Independent
Able to follow written and verbal instructions precisely and consistently follow set procedures/repetitive tasks.
