1. Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations.

2. Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.

3. Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.

12. Perform monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts, coordination and completion of annual audits, and reviewing financial reports/support as necessary

13. Analyze and report on financial status including income statement variances, communicating financial results to management, budget preparation and analysis

14. Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions

15. Oversee taxes and abide by regulations

16. Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as financial statements and budget performance

17. Ensure compliance with applicable standards, rules, regulations, and systems of internal control

18. Aid in the implementation of new accounting policies, standards, and guidelines

19. Provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information

20. Identify areas for improvement and implement improvements to processes

21. Assist with and act as the primary point-of-contact for auditor requests

22. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

23. Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.

24. Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
