Job Description

Mandatory Skills:• Expert in Tally software;

• Expert knowledge on MS Word, Excel, PPT, Email, Internet;

• Knowledge on record/file keeping;

• Knowledge on Accounts/Finance;

• Working knowledge on MIS/data management;

• Skill in basic Odia typing and basic documents design is an added advantage;

Key Responsibility:• Assist in financial, programme, admin and HR documentation of projects related work and maintenance of data sheet and MIS;

• Maintain projects related all files, records, registers;

• Support management of SDS offices, arrangement of logistic during day-to-day implementation support of projects;

• Collect data from field, data entry, data analysis and preparing presentation and reports;

• Check and reply mails, prepare letters and other communication;

• Any other task assigned by Management of SDS and Project Authority;
