Observe due compliance of Accounting Standards and Finalization of accounts

2. Ensure compliance with local commercial laws ., Income Tax, /GST.

3. Conversant with accounting standards, Indian GAAP, modern accounting systems & procedures and provisions of Income Tax Act, GST, and other statutory laws.

4. Communicate with clients for solving their queries related to Accounts and Finance in day-to-day business

5. Computation of provision for tax, computation of provision for deferred tax assets / liabilities, tax reconciliation for group reporting on quarterly basis and ensuring timely payment of advance tax.

6. Review of Tax Audit schedules/details and ensuring completion of Tax Audit within the allowed timeframe
