Who you are

• Required: 2+ years of Quickbooks experience

• Required: 2+ years bookkeeper or accountant, CPA

• Required: Fluent English. 20

• Required: Full-time 40 hours week working EST time zone

• Wi-Fi, Internet, Fast PC, iOS

• Bonus: 2+ years experience as a research or investment analyst with a bank, investment firm, real estate, or consulting firm

• Detailed oriented Strong research and analytical abilities with an excellent grasp of financial modeling and valuations

What you will do

• Interact with partners, brokers, leasing agents, lenders, etc to gather information

• Research and gather relevant data on housing, apts, markets, financials, and relevant real estate data for analysis and valuation

• Run financial models to assess the viability of targets multifamily investments

• Track portfolio company progress and financial performance

• Track expenses and accounts on QuickBooks and produce reports for management and tax purposes
