Role and responsibilities:
1. Collaborating with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop new and innovative growth strategies that align with our business objectives.
2. Planning, executing, and managing all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
3. Managing all social media platforms on behalf of the company, creating and curating compelling content, and ensuring regular and consistent postings to maintain an active and engaged online presence.
4. Effectively communicating with customers through various digital channels, such as Emailers, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc., to provide timely updates, promotions, and personalized solutions.
5. Ensuring all marketing materials, including style, fonts, images, and tone, adhere to the brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and professional brand image.
6. Understanding the financial requirements and preferences of customers, gaining insights to tailor marketing strategies and offerings that resonate with their needs.
7. Engaging with customers through digital means to provide financial solutions tailored to their unique situations, fostering a positive customer experience and driving conversion
