Position Overview:-

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations,

planning, and analysis. They play a crucial role in guiding financial operations and

ensuring the financial health and stability of the company. The Finance

Manager works closely with senior management and departmental sales heads

towards the profitability of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting:

● Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly,

quarterly, and yearly P&L accounts and balance sheets.

● Prepare an expenses comparison chart, observing per-unit profitability and

manpower productivity.

● Provide financial insights and guidance to support strategic planning and

decision-making.

2. Financial Operations:

● Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts

receivable, and vouchers.

● Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions.

3. Regulatory Compliance:

● Ensure timely filing of ROC returns and completion of all related formalities.

● Manage the filing of Income Tax returns for the company and directors, ensuring

compliance.

● File GST returns and adhere to GST compliances.

● Handle PF, ESI, TDS, and TCS returns on time.

4. Claim & Principal Account Management:

● Generate claims and reconcile with Tata Motors for both Sales and

Services

● Submit financial and claim-related formalities through invoicing to the principal

company.

● Ensure proper reconciliation of all accounts.

5. Team & Vendor Management:

● Lead and manage a team of finance executives.

● Provide guidance and training to ensure the team's effectiveness and growth.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, Insurance companies, vendors

etc.

Desired Skills and Experiences:

1. Education and Experience:

● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

● At least 5 years of experience as a Financial Manager or in a similar role,

preferably in the Automobile sector.
