Job Description

Person should be minimum a Commerce graduate

Should have Knowledge of Tally

Good Oral & written commination

Good speaking skills

MS excel & Ppt

Internship will be for 6 months and will be paid 15-20k per month during this period

Qualification required MBA ,BBA, B com , M com and relevant

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure that all accounting entries are entered on the same day, with accuracy and following necessary checks. Ensure accuracy of project codes /cost centers while recording transactions .Perform monthly GL scrutiny and do reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and reconcile monthly income and unearned revenue Review and ensure completeness and accuracy of all transactions (income, unutilized grants, overheads recovery, accruals, provision for expenses etc.) for the month and compile monthly P&L statements as per agreed timelines

Compliance:

- Ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency and timeliness by managing the entire process of Statutory matters (TDS, GST, PF, ESI, PT, FCRA, etc) including applicability, monthly deposit and half-yearly and annual returns. Ensure compliance at transaction level any other compliance requirement for NGO as directed by department from time to time.

- Oversee FCRA compliances and ensure industry best practices are followed, which shall include maintenance of separate books of accounts, ensuring no mixing of FC and LC funds, managing sub-accounts, FCRA returns and other compliances

- Ensure that all activities comply with various legal provisions, ethical standards and industry best practices
