Minimum office attendance should be 95%.

Pre intimation of leave before 4 days is must, leave application should be approved by SM in advance.

Candidate should attend 80% In house Training conducted by Cotech.

Candidate is responsible for NPS score target as per RIPL.

Vehicle inspection 100%

Keep internal repeat ratio <= 20%

Daily update of Final inspection board.

Daily update of final inspection register and checked by SM on daily basis.

Road test remarks or repair order & Final inspection ok stamp.

Preparation of quality certificate on each vehicle remarks & Ok stamp.

After vehicle inspection giving the vehicle to washing section.

Follow all Rules & Regulation as per RTO norms while taking test drive of vehicle.

Final inspectors to aware technicians to avoid repeat/revisit repairs.

Preparation of monthly final inspection report with root cause analysis to submit SM & Cotech.
