Candidates preferred with prior work experience in Sales:

o Experience in Direct Sales / Door to Door Sales in sectors like Banking or Financial Sales.

o Experience in Insurance sales (Health or Life or General Insurance) will be given weightage.

Minimum Qualification: Graduate

The candidates should have shown good performance trends, in form of incentives earned

(frequency)

Candidates should not be a job hopper

Age should be less than 30 Years (deviation possible in case of exceptional profile)

Job Profile

Meet prospects to build awareness of Life Insurance products:

o Closure of leads received from the company

o Build a funnel of leads to sell Life Insurance policies through activities and references

(Creation of leads)

o Ensure Sales of Life Insurance Policies through leads received and through self-

sourced leads;

Updating customer details in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Continuous follow-up with prospects to ensure sales closure
