Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Making calls with the executives on field and help them closed the deals Or Educate to fresher.

- To Handel a team of BDE responsible for revenue generation for the company.

- Will be responsible to lead & guide the team Execute the day plan & monitor the daily working of the Team.

- Research and build relationships with new clients.

- Set up meetings between client decision makers and company practice leaders/Principals.

- Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives.

- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.

- Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.

- Proven ability in achieving/exceeding targets, opening new and profitable product/services markets.

- Laptop and Personal conveyance Mandatary.

- Field sales Team handling Experienced required for more than 2 years
