Position – Service Technician

Location : Delhi

Company Name – Medprime Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Education : Diploma in mechanical engineering is mandatory

Experience : 0 to 1 years (Fresher can apply who done their diploma in mechanical eng.)

Role & Responsibilities:

· Install new products, and test them to ensure they are working correctly .

· Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production.

· Identify unsafe operations and practices and report the same to Manager immediately.

· Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees.

· Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production.

· Perform maintenance and provide customer supports

· Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair.

Writes service reports after every diagnose.

·Responds to service request and repairs products.

· Can travel to other places for service.

· Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability.

· Investigate problems, analyze root causes and derive resolutions.

Skills:

· Ability to work flexible hours and willing to travel if needed

· Proficiency in MS Office.

· Ability to install, repair, service, test and troubleshoot equipment.

· Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

· Strong Diagnostic skills.

· Good written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to make decisions under pressure.

. Able to meet the physical requirement of job

Tools: CNC Machine, Microsoft tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: 10, - 17, per month
