Job Description:-

To provide uninterrupted infra services to operations in clusters/districts by ensuring optimum utilization of resources on 24*7 basis. It involves direction, development and controlling of filed staff responsible for site operations, hygiene, energy, safety and people management.

Ensure delivery of sites with proper HOTO, quality and PI compliance

Infra uptime as per MSA & SLA guidelines:-

1. Alarm compliance

2. Beat plan compliance for OME technicians as for self (Supervisor Beat plan)

3. PM/CM Compliance

4. T & D of technicians

5. Trouble ticket resolution

Optimum in energy cost

1. Compliance of DTS

2. Identifying high diesel consumption at sites and recommending remedy action

3. Minimizing EB faults

4. Facilitating in covering non EB sites to EB sites

5. DCEM compliance

6. DG running hours compliance

Site Stability:-

1. Identifying frequent failing sites and recommending action

2. Support in replacement of aged/faulty equipment

3. Support in replacement of required infra equipment

4. Analyze KPI performance of OME

5. Identifying sites blow MSA and corrective action

ESH Compliance:-

1. Site hygiene, compliance to Vulcan requirement

2. Adhering to SOPs

3. Ensuring correctly rated equipment

4. Monitor use of PPE by technician

5. Electrical safety on ground

6. Ensure issue and usage of PTW for energy activity being done at site

Responsibilities:-

1. Material requirement and PO issuance-SCM

2. Up gradation of sites deployment sharing through cluster management

3. Diesel and EB issues energy department through cluster manager

4. Security and theft issues

5. Estate, Owner, Rent issues

6. TOC

7. SMEs

8. OME-Technical manager technician
