Job Title : Collection Team Supervisor

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee a team of collection agents

- Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching

- Set targets and goals for the team and ensure they are met

- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints

- Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates

- Conduct regular team meetings and trainings to ensure team members are up-to-date on policies and procedures

- Collaborate with other departments to streamline collection processes

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role in collections or a related field

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Knowledge of collection laws and regulations

- Proficiency in using collection software and tools
