Job Description

1. Installation and maintenance of electrical systems- UPS, Stabilizers, Inverters, Battery Chargers, Batteries, DGs for the entire Chhattisgarh region.

2. Work with the service team to plan , coordinate and execute electrical projects.

3. Review client’s product commissioning specifications and identify technical constraints and requirements.

4. Consult with service team and coordinate for necessary tools and spares required for client side working.

5. Prepare Field Service Reports(FSR) for every installation, preventive maintenance , breakdown calls, battery calls, repair calls etc based on client project specifications.

6. Schedule routine maintenance and inspection of electrical systems.

7. Ensure that system breakdowns, failures and repairs are addressed promptly.

8. Identify system integration and site issues and provide appropriate resolutions.

9. Monitor and report assigned call status to management on regular basis.

10. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer specifications.

11. Provide technical guidance to project team when needed.
