Job Description

Qualification required :-, Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical

Job Description :-

Supervise and inspect the installation / commissioning of company products according to GA drawing and provide guidance to customer for necessary modification at site.

Perform Warranty/ Preventive maintenance / Paid / AMC services at site as per company standards and guidelines at their respective location and at PAN India basis (as per company requirements)

Business Generation through Service Kits/AMC/Paid Services/Spare Parts and follow up for achievement of Targets.

Perform Servicing which consists of dismantling and assembly of all machine parts, identification of failed parts, preparation of Service report and analyze the root cause failure.

Providing training to site team for complete Operation and Maintenance, site related issues, operational issues and advising customer for modification.

Coordination and interaction with respective Area Incharges, Service head for all major and minor issues.

Preparation of Daily visit report, feedback, service report and sending it to for monitoring purpose on daily basis.

Proper knowledge of Basic tools and tackles.

Knowledge of Customer handling technique.

Attending training and seminars time to time and using them to solve complex issues at site.
