Roles and Responsibilities

Candidates are required to attend laptop service calls onsite.

The job involves changing parts of the laptop/desktop/Printer/Router.

A candidate is required to follow strict deadlines and should be ready to perform as per ETA laid by the brand.

Configuring desktop/laptop in LAN.

Installing peripheral devices if asked by the brand.

Maintain high satisfaction with customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate should be a Diploma /graduate.

Android Phone and Two-wheelers is must

Should be open for fieldwork

PC/Laptop assembling/disassembling knowledge will be an added advantage.

Candidates should know various software, peripheral devices installation, and configuring it on the device.
