We Flux Equipments Private Limited are into supply of Industrial Air compressors from

to 250kW and are into Servicing of Multi brand compressors and supply of its

spares. The Founder Mr. R. Balagopalan has gamut of experience in the field of

Compressors from 1987.

We are in the process of expanding our Business rapidly. This calls for need of able and

efficient hands in the field of after sales / service. The job profile of those service

technicians will be as follows.

 The Candidate will be trained in depth about Industrial Air and Gas compressors of

Screw and Reciprocating type in our in house works.

 Further they will be sent along with seniors for practically gaining knowledge on

preventive, predictive maintenance.

 They will be thoroughly put on with hands on training in breakdown troubleshooting

and problem solving.

 This job involves carrying of minimum tools and minimum spares along with them

which will be provided by the company.

 The selected candidates is expected to be well groomed and adhere to safety norms

of the Industries.

We will offer a payscale on par / exceeding the Industrial standards (However a deserving

candidate will be suitably rewarded over and above the standard norms) along with PF,

ESI and Bonus.

The candidate will be provided uniforms , safety shoes, Company ID card.

TA & DA will be provided whenever the candidate is travelling on Official duty.
