Monthly Planning: Create and share a reseller visit plan with the manager.

Quality Audit: Promptly respond to and address reseller claims, ensuring products meet standards.

Repair Training: Educate resellers on cost-effective product repairs.

Technical Diagnoses: Expertly identify and solve technical issues in consumer electronics.

Technician Onboarding: Expand our service network by recruiting skilled technicians.

Requirements:

Experience: 2-6 years in consumer electronics or appliances.

Quick Learner: Adapt to technical changes swiftly.

Transportation: Own a two-wheeler and valid license.

Industry Knowledge: Prior electronics/appliances experience preferred.

Education: Minimum 10+2/ITI/Diploma/Graduate, proficient in appliance diagnosis.

Skills:

Repair Services: Proficient in electronics/appliance repairs.

Quality Assurance: Skilled in quality control and standards.
