-After-sales Field support for the telematics device installations in customer's vehicles. -Assisting the customers with the telematic device installations and the explanation of product features -Calling the customers and fixing the appointments for the day. -Achieve monthly targets. -B2B and B2C Support -Ability to Travel according to need. -Update daily success and achieve the targets. Report to the manager with numbers. -Replacements/Maintenance of non-working devices. -Monthly one to two visits to Chennai for Fleet accounts.
