Field Sales Officer

Job Description

Requirements in a candidate -

1) 2 - 3 Years of experience Logistics Industry knowledge preferred but not mandatory

2) Languages - English, Hindi, local

3) Location : Same city and not even nearby town or village (with geographical knowledge about the city)

4) Good communication with convincing skills

5) Gender - Male or Female

6) Good office skills (Excel/ word/ etc - Basic)

7) Laptop/Desktop and Internet mandatory

8) Immediate joining or max 1 week notice period

9) Qualification : Graduate

10) Salary/CTC range : 18 - 22k + Incentives + Travel Allowance (depending on exp. & last drawn)

11) Super target oriented with number and visit and conversion driven

12) Own bike to travel (mandatory)

13) Age range : 22 yrs - 32 yrs

14) Target and Performance shall be predominant criteria for course of action

Role & Responsibility (FSO):-

1) Hard core Field Sales Job.

2) Scouting potential clients / customers.

3) Scouting relevant Market to Target.

4) Pitching and giving demo / walk through about our product / application.

5) Research about competitors & plans in their relevant city

6) On boarding & setting up Account on App of the customer.

7) Generating revenue by selling / closing deals daily.

8) Following / adhering to reporting structure and Data format set by the company.

9) Implementation of BTL activities in future as per the need and direction of the City Team Leader.

10) Understanding pain point of the customer & suggesting solution via company feature set through the product / application.

11) Meeting at least 10 clients/ conducting 10 good meetings daily.
